In the last quarter of 2011, we equipped the Polish Navy with two systems of towed sonars for seabed imaging by using acoustic pulses. Sonars are designed to carry out hydrographic and exploration works to the maximum depth of 500 meters, while maintaining a very accurate and very high resolution images by an advanced digital signal processing.

 The system was extended with a set of hydraulic winches fitted with a 350-meter steel braided cables, mobile control panels, gear reduction system and the self-contained safety brake automatically applied in case of power loss or drop in hydraulic pressure.
